Those years became his true education in human connection, strategy, resilience, and above all leadership — the foundation for everything that followed.

Early Life

Chad's early life in a small Canadian town wasn't glamorous.
His parents made up for limited resources with love and guidance, but opportunities were scarce. At twenty, he dropped out of college and drove thousands of miles to Mexico with little more than determination and curiosity about what the world might offer.
Almost by chance, he began working for one of the most respected resort groups in the world — immersed in high-level hospitality and international sales.
Those years were his true education: human connection, strategy, resilience, and above all, sales and leadership. They became the foundation for everything that followed.
